The luxurious villa Stancija Mirka has an idyllic setting in the middle of an extensive, cultivated garden, which provides ultimate privacy. The 25 acres big estate, which used to be a retreat for officers and their guests, is still a haven of peace and tranquility.
Stancija Mirka consists of the main house and the guest house, which are situated inside the yard surrounded by a stone wall. The villa is built of white Istrian stone, the same one that glitters on the St. Marcus Square in Venice. The estate offers the ideal mixture of urban and rural elements and of modern and traditional ones. All rooms are exclusively furnished, either with the best and latest or with antique furniture from the 18th and 19th century. All rooms are equipped with TV (Plasma and LCD), DVD, Sat TV, telephone, wireless internet, air conditioning, heating and safe.
Moreover, the villa provides a small, completely furnished gym, two swimming pools with hydro-massage jets and a Finish sauna. On the estate there are also a golf putting green, woodlands as well as Mediterranean macchia, olive groves and vineyards. In a few hundred meters distance of the villa, there is an adjoining building, in which the owner produces its own wine and olive oil.
A house-keeper will make sure that the house is in an immaculate condition and the cook Nicola and his assistants fulfill your culinary desires.
The villa is a haven of peace, where you can enjoy the Mediterranean sun at the swimming pool or savor the healthy Mediterranean cuisine. However, it is also an ideal place for long walks, jogging and bike tours.
