This luxurious residence offers one bedroom and several living areas on different floors. The bedroom is situated on the highest point of the residence and offers a stunning view over the sea. You can enjoy this view also from the bathroom, which has a large bathtub made of stone. From the living room you have direct access to the swimming pool. When you open all doors and windows, you can feel the warm ocean breeze. The villa is located on a 600sqm big ground and has a living space of 134sqm.
When you walk a few steps along the cliffs, you arrive at your private beach, where you can relax and sunbathe undisturbed. You can also reach this beach by boat or yacht. The residence is more suitable for couples without children.
On the island there are also several restaurants and bars, an 18-hole golf course, various sportive activities and a spa area.
