This modern, architect-designed villa has a remarkable architectural style and is filled with design features. It consists of two equal halves, each with its own bed- and living room. This makes the villa very suitable for two groups or a bigger group.
The bedrooms have En-suite bathrooms with designer fixtures by Philippe Starck. All rooms on the first floor have private balconies with a beautiful sea view. On the ground floor the open plan gourmet kitchen provides catering facilities to satisfy even large groups of people. The open and spaciously arranged living area has a lot of windows and doors, which provide access to the terraces and the pool area. Moreover, the villa has premium technical equipment, such as Satellite TV, WiFi Internet access and a photo-quality scan/print/fax machine. All rooms are fully air conditioned.
The beautifully arranged, luscious garden is planted with bamboo, citrus, jasmine and wine. It provides a wonderful surrounding for the partly roofed summer terraces. The rest of the garden consists of grassy areas, which is perfect for relaxation or play. The 12m long swimming pool in front of the villa offers stunning views over the bay of Saint Tropez.
The central location of the villa has the advantage that it provides easy access to the beaches and the attractions of Saint Tropez. However, guests should be aware that the lively character of the area, especially in the summer months, involves a certain level of traffic noise.
