Located just 10 minutes away from the lovely market town of L'Isle sur Sorgue and around 3 kms away from the pretty villages of Pernes les Fontaines and St Didier, this recently renovated 400m2 18th century farmhouse is crammed full of unique antiques, objets d'art and paintings, creating a warm welcoming and very personal atmosphere. The Owners have successfully kept the authenticity of this old farmhouse, by using Provencal floor tiles throughout most of the rooms, large exposed beams and fireplaces in the main living rooms. The small enclosed garden has been tastefully landscaped, with access to the pool [9 x 4m alarmed] area through a wrought iron gate, which can be closed for additional safety purposes. There are a host of different areas for relaxing or dining outside, either under shade or in the Provencal sun. There is a BBQ.
The house is surrounded by fields and vineyards, with a pretty hill called l'Allegre to the immediate rear of the property. There are stunning views of Mont Ventoux to the West and the house itself sits some 500 metres off a country road. There is ample parking space to the side of the property.
