From the flourishing gardens you can enjoy breathtaking views over the azure-blue sea and experience the Côte d’Azur. In the well-manicured gardens there is also a 9m x 5m swimming pool and a private boules pitch.
Inside the villa, the ground floor contains an open kitchen, a dining- and living room as well as a separate TV room with Sony LCD TV. There is also one En-suite double room. On the first floor there are three further, spacious En-suite double rooms with French windows, which open to a welcoming balcony that runs the lengths of the property.
