The villa Vue de la Mer is a wonderful, Italianate villa from the 1920s, which has a unique location on the Côte d’Azur with wonderful views of the Cap d’Antibes. It is a five minute drive to the famous beaches, beach clubs and seafood restaurants of Cannes.
A large open-plan kitchen, which is equipped to the highest standards of contemporary living, provides a natural focus to the interior. The rooms are arranged over five floors and are spaciously presented.
The bedrooms are divided between three independent areas of the house, each with a Master bedroom (two with sea-view) and all with En-suite bathrooms. A shady terrace with a nice dining area offers wonderful views over the Mediterranean sea and the most famous landmark of the region, the Cap d’Antibes. Sunbathers will appreciate the beautifully located Infinity Swimming pool, while others may prefer to siesta in the hammock between palm trees.
NB: The Swimming pool is an infinity pool with a steep drop on one side. Although water jets and bars discourage swimmers from this side of the pool, children should be supervised.
