The Presidential Villa is situated on the private island Frègate on the Seychelles, in the Indian Ocean. It is located on the south-eastern side of the island, on the peak of the Banya Hill. On the island there is also a Marina with a Yacht Club. From Mahé you reach Frègate Island Private by helicopter or by twin otter within 20 minutes. The Presidential Villa is only accessible via a private road.
