The main train station in Arezzo is 20 km away. A transfer by car to the villa can be arranged. The nearest locality is Pozzo della Chiana, which is only 1 km away. Here, you will find a small butcher, a bakery, a small supermarket, a bank, a post office and a well-known pizzeria. In the closer environment there are further, very idyllic towns, for example Marciano (2,5km), Foiano (6km) or Lucignano (7km).
