Within walking distance of the small village Ponte d’Arbia sits the recently renovated estate La Calma. Consisting of the main house as well as a small adjoining house, it is ideal for families, who spend their holidays together with their grandparents or an au pair.
The villa has a simple, elegant interior, which creates a comfortable atmosphere. Inside the living room there is a big, open fireplace. From the well-equipped kitchen you overlook a typical ‘al fresco’ living area.
The main building accommodates 7 people and the adjoining building 2 people. The whole estate is fenced and accessible via an electrical gate. This guarantees ultimate privacy. Outside of the country house there is a big wooden oven on the one side and a 13m x 5.5m big swimming pool with an extended chill-out area on the other side. The pool is equipped with an electrical cover, which prevents the cooling of the pool during the night. This guarantees that taking a swim in the morning is a real pleasure.
