The villa is situated above Bellano. In the nearby town Bellano there are numerous shops, trattorias, restaurants and cafes. Here are also the train station and the shipping pier.
By car it takes only a few minutes to reach the picturesque little town Varenna. A car ferry takes you from here to Bellagio, Menaggio and Cadenabbia. In Bellano there is a slip road to the motorway, which takes you in short time to Lecco in the South or Colico in the North of the Lake.
By foot you can reach the Comer Lake in about 15 minutes. In 30 Minutes you can reach Dervio via the walking pass “Sentiero del Viandante”.
