This charming country house with a private, 12m x 6m big swimming pool is wonderfully situated on the top of a hill, overlooking the picturesque scenery of Chianti. It is an ideal place for exploring the city of Florence, which is only about 25km away. You can even see it from the estate. The villa overlooks a valley full of wood and cypresses, which is typical for this region. Even though the country house has been renovated recently, the Tuscan atmosphere and the special charm were maintained. The colors and the furniture were carefully selected, in order to create an airy, light and comfortable interior.
The big kitchen invites to discover the secrets of the Italian cuisine with its fresh ingredients. The house is surrounded by spacious gardens with numerous plants and herbs, such as lavender and rosemary. The large loggia is an ideal place in which to relax and spend time with family and friends. There is also a cat on the estate, which comes around every now and then.
