The Villa Marta is a Tuscan country house, which has been renovated with careful attention to detail. It is embedded in a lovely landscape with olive trees and vineyards, between San Casciano and Certaldo in the heart of the Chianti region. The avenue that leads to the country house is only accessible via a private field path, which is not suitable for sports cars. The terracotta floor, the typical Tuscan kitchen and the wooden beams on the ceiling give the villa a traditional touch. The interior is stylish and classical - a combination, which can be described as reserved elegance. On the ground floor there is a spacious dining room as well as a large kitchen, both with access to a wonderful, roofed terrace. It offers a big table, which is suitable for 12 people and the ideal place for a typical Italian dinner.
The immaculately cultivated grounds next to the villa are part of the 30 acre ground of the old farmhouse. The surroundings radiate peace and tranquility. Many fruit trees and the nice area around the 12m long swimming pool offer many opportunities for relaxation. The gardener lives on the premises of the villa and takes care that the garden is perfect and well-manicured.
