This wonderful Mediterranean villa is not far from San Teodoro in the North of Sardinia and provides a stunning view of one of the most beautiful beaches of the island, Lu Impostu. Puntaldia Marina is only 1km away and offers nice shops, restaurants and cafes and a variety of sport activities such as tennis or scuba diving. Moreover, there is also a kids club with a nice program for children. In immediate vicinity there is also the Puntaldia 9 holes golf course.
The luxurious villa consists of three separate buildings. In the central building there is a sheltered terrace, which is furnished with exclusive rattan sofas. The spacious living area has an open fireplace and big French doors, which lead to a terrace. The bedrooms are situated in the two other buildings.
The extensive, 4500 sqm big garden area is beautifully arranged and provides a large swimming pool. The only recently renovated villa impresses with its modern design of architecture and interior. Due to the central air condition and heating a stay is recommendable all year round.
The rent includes the service of a chambermaid and a chef. A small speed boat is also available to guests, which can be rented for an extra fee.
NB:
There is construction work about 1km from the property, which is visible from the villa. Presumably there will be construction stops during August.
