The Villa Tiziana is a spacious Tuscan country house, which has been renovated only recently. It is situated on an extensive private ground and offers peace and tranquility. However, despite this remoteness, day trips to Florence, Siena, Arezzo or Perugia are possible without any problems.
The elegant interior of the villa combines antiques with typical Tuscan furniture. The terracotta floor harmonizes perfectly with the wooden ceiling. Together with the open fireplace they create an authentic and relaxing atmosphere. Each room has a private bathroom, air condition, heating and Satellite TV. Therefore, a stay is recommendable throughout the whole year. The villa provides a spacious, well-equipped kitchen. However, for those who prefer to eat out, there is a pretty little restaurant in a short distance from the villa. The private ground of the estate is fenced and guarantees ultimate privacy. The 13.5m x 6m big heated saltwater pool offers breathtaking views over one of the surrounding valleys. A football ground and a basketball field are also part of the estate.
