La Vista is one of the most beautiful villas around Pollenca on the island of Majorca. It has been lovingly fitted to a high standard with selected pieces of furniture. This newly built, luxurious villa has a wonderful, spacious Outdoor area, from where you enjoy a wonderful view to the mountains.
The 60sqm big swimming pool is a real highlight of the estate. In the summer it offers a welcome cooling from the hot Mediterranean sun. A spacious sun terrace with comfortable pieces of furniture surrounds the swimming pool. In the extensive garden there are different plants such as palm trees as well as olive-, orange- and citrus trees.
The villa comprises a main house and a garden house. Together they accommodate 10 people.
