The Villa Sancha is a luxurious, whitewashed estate with a wonderful view over the Grazalema National Park, not far from the Andalusian town of Ronda. It is most notably renowned for its unique setting: the old town `La Ciudad’, which has been coined by the Moors, is situated on a rocky plateau. It is separated from the newer part of the town, ‘El Mercadillo’, by a 100m deep canyon, ‘El Tajo’, which has been formed by the River Guadalquevir.
The villa Sancha is situated only 3km from the town centre in a 7.4 acre big, private area with uncountable fruit- and olive trees. From there you can enjoy a wonderful view over the extensive Andalusian scenery with its mellow hills and beautiful valleys.
The villa Sancha has been fully renovated; however, its original, charming character has been maintained. On the one side there is a shady, decorative arcade and on the other side a wonderful courtyard with a font. The swimming pool is beautifully situated in the middle of a well-manicured garden with a separate shower, changing room as well as a small bar, a kitchen and a terrace for nice dinner evenings.
