The luxurious villa “Le Roc” enjoys a privileged position on a private ground not far from Cannes. From the terrace and pool area you have a wonderful view over Napoule Bay. The interior is modern, but and the hand-crafted floor tiles create a cozy atmosphere. Some of the highlights of the interior are the large Gaggenau oven, a wine fridge as well as the ultra-modern Bang & Olufsen TVs. There is air conditioning on the ground floor. The central living area with large, arched windows is light-flooded and offers - with its beautiful view - a perfect place for relaxation.
All bedrooms have En-suite bathrooms and either a private terrace or a balcony with a spectacular sea view. The extensive garden area is well-manicured and provides various small terraces, which provide a shelter from the sun. Also old apricot trees as well as olive- and cherry trees adorn the beautiful garden.
The centerpiece is the 10m x 8m big swimming pool with its grandiose view over the spectacular coastline of Southern France. It is certainly the perfect spot for a glass of champagne, for example during the sunset. Since there is a steep gradient behind the pool, children should not play in this area unattended.
